Service Description
Overview of our consulting service and the topics included: Get the guidance you need to thrive in your hotshot trucking business. This will be a maximum 60-minute call. Ask me anything about hotshot trucking!! This includes the ability to ask any questions you may have about starting out in the trucking industry as a hotshot driver and forming your company basics. Basic Overview of coaching session and the topics included: Non-CDL vs CDL Cargo securement items are suggested. The lease on vs Own Authority? What type of equipment to buy – tractor/trailer? Local vs OTR. Basic knowledge of how to self-dispatch. What load board to use? Basics of Factoring Basic document knowledge on what documents are needed for starting your hotshot business. DOT required a physical exam. A free Resource guide included Also the ability to have a basic understanding of industry and steps to get leased on to a company or start your own authority!
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following terms and conditions regarding our consultations: Non-Refundable Policy: All consultations are non-refundable, without any exemptions. Once the consultation fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation, you must notify us via email at info@macctransportandlogistics.com or call our office at (832)500-0043 at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for both parties. No-Call Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice or fail to join the consultation within 15 minutes of the designated start time, it will be considered a "No-Call Show." In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the consultation will be considered fulfilled. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating within reason. However, it is important to adhere to these policies to ensure a smooth and efficient consultation process for all parties involved.
